Freda is 14.   She and her sister Rophan came to WWC because of the trauma they endured under the (lack of) care they received from their alcoholic mother. Freda is very bright and inquisitive.  With proper guidance, love and attention, Freda has thrived.  She adapted to her new school immediately, and is very happy at WWC.
